We do not accept returns on open-box furniture. While we try to remain flexible as a company, once a piece of furniture has been built or its package opened, we are unable to take it back. We do accept returns on unopened furniture items. Merchandise can only be returned in new, unopened, and unassembled condition and in the original product packaging as received. All paperwork should be included with your return to ensure a prompt and accurate credit. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
