How to find your serial number
Purchased before Oct. 5, 2017: On the inside back wall of the base with waste drawer removed
Purchased after Oct. 5, 2017: On the exterior backside of the base to the right of the power jack
How to find your order number
Your order number can be found on your email receipt or under "My Orders" on your account dashboard.
