    Warranty replacement

    You don't realize how spoiled the robots make you until something happens to them. Support was good to work with and the bases were shipped promptly.

    Great brand with great service and customer support!
    Our litter base was not working properly and the helped us with the troubleshooting and in the end sent us another base in about 1 week.

    Constant maintenance

    The sensors act up all the time and will not run a cycle and we will have to go push the cycle button and reset, doesn’t conceal smell that well. The waste drawer says it’s full even when it’s empty a lot of the time.
