Are reconditioned robots covered under the WhiskerCare™ Warranty?

Yes, reconditioned robots are covered by our 90-day in-home trial and WhiskerCare™ 1-Year Warranty. 

The WhiskerCare™ Extended Warranty is available for purchase here and extends the length of your coverage for extra peace of mind.

If you leave the country with a robot you purchased in the USA or Canada, we will continue to honor your WhiskerCare™ Warranty. However, you may be required to pay shipping costs for repairs.
