    trouble with bonnet

    I love my litter robot but after 3 years had trouble with the it stopping midcycle for no reason. The Great Whisker customer service team narrowed the problem to the bonnet- bought a new one and problem solved! Very happy.. . kitty too.

    Fixed it

    Had my litter robot going on 8y the bonnet needs a replacement every now and then it was acting crazy constantly stopping some times working when light was on now no issues works like new

    During our move I lost the bonnet to my litter bot. Thankfully when it was replaced, it worked good as new!

    Bonnet Removed Error Fixed

    I kept getting “Bonnet Removed” and nothing I did fixed it. I purchased new bonnet, and YES! Error fixed.
